2019 Cooking Class Menus: These are the menus for scheduled classes. If you have a group of 10 or more people and would like to have a private cooking class please contact Chef Alex to make arrangements.

November 18th Cooking Class (Demonstration style class)

In this class, Chef Alex will be demonstrating and serving a three course meal from northern Italy. We will start with a creamy potato and sausage soup, followed by Farmers pork chops ( pounded and breaded pork chops with a stone ground mustard sauce), and finished with apple, rice and meringue puddings.  Wine will be served with the meal and the recipes for the dishes will be given so you can make these wonderful dishes at home. Class will begin at 6:00pm and will be located at Il Lucano Ristorante Italiano in down town Gig Harbor Washington.

 January 20th 2020 Cooking Class (Demonstration style class)

The menu for this class is a cucumber salad with a hand made yogurt sauce followed by a roast pork loin stuffed with apples and braised in apple cider and for dessert its coffee custards with toasted pine nuts on top. Class will begin right at 6:00pm and is located at Il Lucano in down town Gig Harbor. Dietary restrictions can be made as long as you inform Chef Alex in advance. Cancelations of your seat must be made within four days of the class otherwise no refunds will be given.
