Get your aprons on and get ready to cook! This hands-on class is sure to fill up fast as we are going to be working with salmon. In this class you get to make the meal with the guidance of Chef Alex to help you find those kitchen secrets and tips to take your cooking skills to the next level. Class will begin right at 6:00pm and is held at Il Lucano in down town Gig Harbor. Dietary needs can be met such as gluten free, dairy free and others just make sure to contact Chef Alex in advance. If you need to cancel your spot then it must be made within 4 days of the class otherwise there will be no refund.
