In this class, Chef Alex will give the apron and Knife over to you and let you make the meal with your own hands. What better way to learn to cook than to be hands-on? Chef Alex will help you through the process of making a soup and a main course and when all the food is cooked, you get to sit down and eat the food as well as enjoy a wine that has been paired with the food. Class begins at 6:00pm February 17th at Il Lucano Ristorante in down town Gig Harbor. The menu for this class is:

-Sausage anbd lentil soup

-The perfect fried chicken
