In this style of class, Chef Alex will demonstrate a three course meal, pair a wine with the meal and serve each course to you. This style of class is perfect for a date night or for people just looking to have a great night with good food and wine. Recipe packet are provided so you can make these dishes at home. Class will begin right at 6:00pm and is held at Il Lucano in down town Gig Harbor. Dietary restrictions can almost always be accommodated as long as Chef Alex is notified in advance. If you need to cancel your spot you need to notify Chef Alex within four days of the class or no refund will be issued.

The menu for this class is:

- Northern Italian potato salad with thick crispy bacon chunks and sauteed onions

- Zesty slow braised pork ribs with a tangy cabbage salad

- Black forest chocolate cake
